Professional 3D and 2D Architectural Drawings

Prices are determined by estimating the amount of work required, then providing you with a fixed price quote (broken down into a set of deliverables).  Payment is required at each stage of the deliverables (after customer sign-off of the previous drop). Custom work over and above the quoted specification is done at our standard hourly rate of $75 Cnd.

Example pricing for a $100,000 renovation:

• Stage 1: $500 for preliminary review and conceptual drawings.
• Stage 2: $2,000 for detailed 3D renderings and floor plan.
• Stage 3: $1,000 for permit drawings.

The first hour of design services is provided for free.  Additional design services are provided at our standard rate of $75 per hour.

Prices do not include:

• Structural engineering.
• Survey costs
• City permit fees.
