Renovation Objectives:

The current kitchen area is small. Idea is to look at extending the kitchen out into the adjoining dining room to make a single room. Design considerations include how to best remove the wall while maintaining the structural elements, changing the door placement to make the kitchen more functional, and configuring the kitchen / dining area for maximum functional use.

Customer wants to review three options, including simply resurfacing their existing cabinets and removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. 

Customer wants to see the design in 3D in order to determine what the newly configured space is going to look like. Customer also wants detailed measurements so that they can determine what cabinet sizes are required.

To save costs, primary design would include as much of the existing cabinetry / appliances as practical.
